Ingredients & actions;

Golden Seal-Hydrastis canadensis; actions include; anti-catarrhal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, bitter tonic, laxative, anti-diabetic and muscular stimulant. Also stimulates the appetite and aids digestion, and often stimulates bile secretion.

Chamomile-Matricaria chamomilla; Eczema, alleviates skin inflammation after application to the skin for 4 weeks.

Skin Healing-promotes wound contraction and skin-cell formation by increasing hydroxyproline (a peptide found in the skin that is responsible for healing).

 Calendula-Calendula officinalis; antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It’s also used as an antiseptic.

Rosehip-rosa canina; helps reduce scars and fine lines. Rosehip oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which are integral for tissue and cell regeneration in the skin.

Buddhawood essential oil- Eremepholia mitchelli; Helps resolve minor irritation and some infections. contains bicyclic sesquiterpenes known as eremophilanes. The oil has been used as a mild analgesic and is active against some pathogenic microorganisms including Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium and Candida albicans when undiluted and against Salmonella at a concentration of 1%. The oil is also an effective termicide and has been used by Aboriginal people to treat rheumatism and for general medicinal purpose.

Lemon Balm Eucalyptus essential oil-Eucalyptus staigeriana; has a high free radical scavenging action and is also mildly antiseptic and antibacterial. With a pleasant calming lemon aroma, it is soothing and restorative.
